I would probably call that something like m_wingFlapSpeed. Let's say I was programming Panzer Dragoon Saga and I had a variable that defined the rate at which the dragon's wings flapped. Another issue is that when you reverse engineer, you lose all of the variable names that programmers use to get an idea of what things are. It's definitely possible to reverse engineer most code if you're familiar with the architecture but the Saturn used a dual-core SH2 which probably not too many people are familiar with. When you reverse engineer compiled code, there's no effective way to get the code back into C but, if you know what to look for, you can get it back into assembly language, which is basically just a human-readable version of computer code. When you program in C, the compiler converts the code into machine language. Panzer Dragoon Saga was probably programmed in C.
